This is the statewide WA Home Dialysis Program (WAHDIP) Guideline for the treatment of peritoneal dialysis related peritonitis.
Note – At SCGH all patients should be discussed with a PD Nurse ASAP (07:00-20:30 on DECT 6881; afterhours via G63 Coordinator on Ext. 1663)
